The goal of 7th Grade Panther Baseball is to begin to develop the Student Athlete and to instill the joy of competition and sport.  This program is for Mt. Pleasant students only.

Communication will begin with the student athletes and their parents on the transition from recreation sports/city leagues into the more comprehensive and competitive sports structure.  Significant emphasis on fundamentals will be stressed that will enable the individual to climb the ranks within a program. It is important to understand that the progress and development of the student athlete will take precedent over winning.

This team will practice/play three to four times a week starting the week of May 13th ending the week of June 24th. The first two weeks will just be practice with the remaining five weeks be a combination of games and practices. Most if not all of the games and practices will be at night with typical start times for games being 5:30 PM. Schedule will consist of games against other area junior high teams.
