Youth Panther Performance Training
Youth Panther Performance Training is coming to the REC Center with Coach M, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting Coach. He will lead 3rd -6th grade athletes to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility. Coach M will teach them proper techniques to develop good movement patterns at an early age to help with injury prevention and aid in preparation to be the best athlete they can be for their chosen sport(s)!
